VIGO/CLAY COUNTIES, Indiana (DLC Media) - State police are asking that you use extra caution on Interstate 70 today. There have already been multiple reports of car accidents throughout Vigo and Clay County on I-70. There is reportedly black ice on the Interstate, which is causing the issues. Make sure to lower speeds and extend follow distance while driving.
