Just before 4 p.m., 38-year-old Jesse Minick of Rochester reported to probation. Plymouth Police were notified of the felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement arrest warrant.
City Officers arrived and took Minick into custody with no issues. At the Marshall County Jail, an officer found a hidden pocket in Minick’s jacket and located .5 grams of methamphetamine in the pocket.
Minick was additionally charged with a felony for possession of methamphetamine and on a $3,000 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
