Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department arrested two people Thursday morning for driving without a license.
At about 8:15, he stopped a vehicle driven by Francisco Concepcion Matute of Plymouth at Soice and Michigan Streets for a traffic violation. She was found to be operating without ever having received a driver's license.
Matute was taken to the Marshall County Jail and given a court date of Dec. 16.

At 10 a.m. Thursday, Officer Krynock stopped a vehicle being driven by Emilio Aguirre Valente of Rochester at Michigan Street and U.S. 30. The traffic stop was for a traffic infraction. He was found to have never received a driver's license.
Valente was booked into the Marshall County Jail and given a court date of Dec. 16.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
