On Tuesday, April 16th Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the 207 West Lake Avenue at 6 p.m. for the report of a Domestic Dispute.
Officer Baker conducted an investigation and determined that a battery had occurred.
John Rehfus, 55, of the Lake Avenue address was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery and Strangulation. He is being held on a $1500 cash bond.
