The Argos Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying the driver of a vehicle that crashed into a Dollar General on Wednesday.
Police reported that the suspect had driven a maroon Chrysler minivan through the Argos Community park at 11:21 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19th before pulling into the Dollar General parking lot at 685 West Walnut Street in Argos and eventually crashing into the building. After the accident, the suspect quickly fled the scene, exiting again through the park before going eastbound on Marshall St.

The minivan is said to have extensive front-end damage and a darker-colored rim on the back passenger wheel.
