The Plymouth Police Department had a busy stretch over the weekend, making six arrests between Friday evening and Monday night on charges including operating while intoxicated, domestic battery, illegal consumption of alcohol, and invasion of privacy.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Plymouth Police responded to a vehicle crash on Jefferson Street near Beerenbrook Street. The caller reported that no one was around the vehicle and it was sitting in the roadway.

During Officer Schieber's investigation, the vehicle owner was identified as 72-year-old San Juanita Fuentes of Plymouth. Officers located Fuentes at her home and determined she had fled the scene after the crash. Her blood alcohol content was .34% — more than four times the legal limit.

Fuentes was booked into the Marshall County Jail on charges of leaving the scene of a crash, operating while intoxicated with endangerment, and operating while intoxicated over .15.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Plymouth Police responded to reports of an armed subject making threatening statements in the area of Advance Auto Parts.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle matching the description near Novelty and Michigan Streets. The driver, 19-year-old Nathan Guerrero of Bremen, was found to have illegally consumed and possessed alcohol.

Guerrero was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged on charges of illegal possession and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Saturday afternoon, Patrolman Thornton was dispatched to 325 Pennsylvania Avenue for a report of a domestic disturbance.

After speaking with all parties involved, Thornton determined that 31-year-old Brenden David Hartman of Plymouth had made contact with a minor while agitated and arguing with a female party.

Hartman was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with domestic battery in the presence of a minor.

At 12:54 p.m. Sunday, 45-year-old Jarrod M. Minix of Star City was stopped for a traffic infraction on Pilgrim Lane.

Minix's driver's license status was listed as Habitual Traffic Violator for Life. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail.

Sunday evening, Patrolman Thornton received information that a male had been seen with a female who currently had a protective order against him.

Thornton located the suspected vehicle and identified the occupant as 45-year-old Christopher L. Langley of Plymouth, who was taken into custody.

While speaking with Langley, officers discovered his phone revealed he was actively listening to the Marshall County police scanner.

Langley was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and charged with invasion of privacy and unlawful use of a police radio.

At 7:10 p.m. Monday, Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 31 near U.S. 30 for a speeding violation.

The driver, 30-year-old Siandre Loutzenhiser of Elkhart, was found to have never been issued a driver's license and had a prior suspension. She also did not have proof of financial responsibility.

Loutzenhiser was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on charges of driving while suspended with a prior, operating a vehicle without ever having been licensed, and operating without financial responsibility with a prior.
