A Plymouth Police Officer arrested a Chicago man at 1 a.m. on February 24th for driving without headlights.
Officer Mark conducted a traffic stop on Monday morning on U.S. 30 at Oak Drive after he observed a vehicle driving with no headlights.
During the stop, the driver was identified as Starley Chavez Gonzales, a 21-year-old from Chicago.
It was determined that Gonzales had never been issued a driver's license, so he was transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating without a license and possession of marijuana.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
