Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop for speeding on U.S. 30 east of Pioneer Drive on Thursday, February 20th, at about 8:30 p.m.
The vehicle was traveling at 75-mph in a 50-mph zone.
The driver was identified as Obanny Alexander Nunez, 29, from Chicago. During the stop he told Officer Fisher that he had never had a driver's license.
Alexander-Nunez was placed under arrest for operator never licensed and booked into Marshall County Jail at 9:02 p.m. At 9:51 p.m. he was released on a cash bond.
