A large rock had been thrown off the top of the railroad bridge and struck the driver’s windshield of a Mustang.
Parke County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an early Monday morning crash involving a rock thrown at a car.
The sheriff’s department information release says deputies went to the railroad viaduct on SR 163 just after midnight. A large rock had been thrown off the top of the railroad bridge and struck the driver’s windshield of a Mustang. The driver swerved and hit the side of the viaduct.
The Parke County Sheriff’s Department is asking anyone with information to contact them.
