The Wabash Valley Community Foundation announced that $166,000 dollars in funding will be separated amongst 10 non-profits in the community.
One of these groups will be Rea Park as the municipal golf course works on clubhouse renovations.
Funding from this grant is meant to be used on transformative projects for these organizations. Other groups receiving money include
Arts Illiana Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. Providence Food Pantry of West Terre Haute. Team Acorn Triathlon Club,Terre Haute Boys and Girls Club, Terre Haute Community Band & Sinfonietta Pops Orchestra, The Maple Center, Vigo County Veterans Memorial Park, Wabash Valley Goodwill
More information will likely come available from these non-profits as the money is being used to better different parts of the community.
