32-year-old Dylan Lee Thompson of North Judson was arrested by Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department on Thursday, July 10th.
At 8:46 a.m., the city officer observed a vehicle being driven by Thompson on U.S. 30 at Tulip Road. After observing a traffic infraction, the officer initiated a traffic stop.
Thompson was found to have a license status of suspended-prior. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
