Rochester is expected to name Luke Smith as the new head coach of boys basketball program at the next school board meeting.
Smith would replace Rob Malchow who announced in April that he was retiring from coaching.
Smith was introduced by Rochester Athletic Director Cal Stone for a GIANT fm conversation with Randy Wynn.
