The men have been identified as Bryan Bowman, 28, of Fountaintown, and Dale Ryan Pitcock, 39, of Wanamaker.
More details are being released involving the death of two men in a Shelby County shooting incident.
About 1:30 p.m. Sunday, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department, Moral Township Fire, and Shelbyville Fire responded to a residence in Fairland in the 7100 block of N. Christopher Lane for a shots fired call.
Sheriff’s deputies found two white males that were unresponsive. The men have been identified as Bryan Bowman, 28, of Fountaintown, and Dale Ryan Pitcock, 39, of Wanamaker.
No other subjects were found in the residence.
Both men sustained gunshot wounds. Shelby County Coroner Bradley Rund stated in a press release that the cause and manner of death remains under investigation in collaboration with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police Crime Scene Technicians are aiding in the investigation.
