Marshall County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director Jack Garner invites all local public safety officials to participate in a crucial Public Safety Town Hall next Thursday, December 4th. These meetings are designed to gather input and shape the future of emergency planning, response, and recovery efforts across Marshall County.
Director Garner is seeking active participation from public safety professionals, including law enforcement, firefighters, EMS personnel, public health officials, elected officials, school safety personnel, and other emergency responders. The goal is to foster collaborative discussion and gather insights that will enhance the agency's ability to serve the community.
Two identical sessions will be offered to accommodate schedules, though attendees only need to attend one. Both meetings will take place on Thursday, December 4th, in Room 203 of the Marshall County Building, located at 112 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth. Session times are:
- 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
"This is a vital opportunity for public safety professionals to directly influence the direction of emergency management in Marshall County," said Jack Garner, Marshall County EMA Director. "All comments, whether supportive or critical, are welcome. Your expertise and perspectives are invaluable as we work to build a more resilient and responsive emergency system."
This event is exclusively for individuals involved in public safety and is not open to the general public. Public safety professionals are strongly encouraged to attend and share their insights on how EMA can best support their organizations in achieving their goals.
