The Marshall County Drug Task Force conducted an operation in Bremen on Thursday morning, August 22nd, that resulted in the arrest of 29-year-old Billy Kautz of Nappanee.
Kautz is currently being held without bond in the Marshall County Jail for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 2 felony.
Officers with the Bremen Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Drug Task Force.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
