The Marshall County Council will convene Monday at 5:30 p.m. to receive reports from three key subcommittees and address several financial and administrative matters.
The meeting will feature reports from the: Budget/Finance Committee, Highway Committee, and Job Classification/Compensation Committee.
The council will address several financial items, including additional and transfer appropriations, consider establishing a new fund, and vote on approval of an invoice from Lebbin Law.
Two items related to the county jail commissary are on the agenda: the 2025 Commissary Report and the 2026 Commissary Budget.
The Marshall County Council provides opportunities for citizens to ask questions on specific agenda items, and at the conclusion of the meeting, the council will open the floor for general comments and questions from the public on any topic.
The Council meeting is held in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be streamed live on the Marshall County YouTube channel.
