ROCKVILLE, Indiana (DLC Media) - The Rockville man who was arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor has been sentenced. Rafael Polito pleaded guilty in January and has now been sentenced to over 1100 days. Polito was arrested in Parke County following what was a lengthy investigation into his crimes. His charge also carried a level 5 felony charge.
