The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department (LCSD) arrested an unruly local man Monday. Taken into custody was 64 year old Steven Wells of Bridgeport. He has been preliminarily charged with Aggravated Battery and Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer. No other arrest details were given in the report. Wells was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending a detention hearing.
