The Lawrence County Historical Society has announced a special program on the recent renovation of the courtroom at the Lawrence County Courthouse will be coming up on Monday, April 27th at 7 p.m. at the courthouse in Lawrenceville.
The just-completed project is the first renovation work done to the courtroom located on the second floor in 60 years.
Lawrence County Circuit Clerk Cheryl Winkles will be the program host and guest speaker. She will include a PowerPoint presentation on the renovation process among other items of interest during the program.
The meeting is free and open to the public.
