Lawrenceville Police arrested two local men early Friday. Taken into custody were 62 year old Kelly Newlin of Lawrenceville on a charge of Theft Under $300 and 44 year old Chad Taylor also of Lawrenceville on a charge of Failure to Appear in Court. Both men were booked into the Lawrence County Jail and were being held pending detention hearings.
