Lawrenceville Police Wednesday arrested 44 year old Elgin Jones Jr. of Lawrenceville on charges of Domestic Battery and Obstruction of a Peace Officer. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there on the charges pending a detention hearing.
