The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department (LCSD) arrested a local man Monday. Taken into custody was 40 Travis Shoulders of Lawrenceville on charges of Unlawful Restraint and Obstructing Police. No other arrest details surrounding the case were given in the report. Shoulders was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held on those charges pending a detention hearing.
