Units of the Lawrence-Allison Fire Protection District (LAFPD) were mobilized twice on Wednesday.
The initial call was to an accidental alarm set off at the Country Club Road Clinic west of Lawrenceville. There was no fire.
The second call was for a brush fire at Westport in eastern Lawrence County. There were no details given regarding a cause or any appreciable damage.
