Kurt Garner to speak at Brown Bag Lunch & Learn Event

The Marshall County Historical Society will host their second Brown Bag Lunch & Learn this Friday, April 12th, from Noon – 1:00 p.m.

This month’s Brown Bag Lunch & Learn event features county historian and popular presenter, Kurt Garner. The topic is The Evolution of Roads: Their Names and Numbers.

Have you ever wondered how we got our network of roads in Marshall County or how did the state's early infrastructure plans and the establishment of the state highway commission impacted how our communities were connected? Learn about this and other aspects of our roads and highways in this month’s Brown Bag presentation.
