The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Andrew E. McCutchen, 28, Benton Harbor, Mich., was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody by a state trooper at U.S. 31 and Wabash Avenue and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
• Brandon E. Robison, 34, Star City, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at State Road 17 and County Road 200 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
