The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Quentin R. Nichols, 25, 2183 W. 500 North, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a crash resulting in serious bodily injury-while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, criminal mischief and interfering/striking a law enforcement animal. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 1991 W. 500 North and held without bond. Police records indicate that he ran from police and was located with the help of a police dog and drone. He is held without bond.

• Andrea M. Potter, 18, 8320 S. Ridge Road, Monterey, was arrested Thursday on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass. She was taken into custody with Nichols and later released on her own recognizance.

• James Garner, 30, 620 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Daniel N. Witham, 47, 4311 E. 500 North, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was taken into at the probation department and held without bond.

• Christopher A. Long, 41, Gaston, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and State Road 25 and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
