The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Jerry L. Marshall, 42, Brownsburg, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine. He was picked up at the Hendricks County Jail and held without bond.

• Carmona Luis Felipe Garrido, 24, 1124 Bancroft Ave., Rochester, was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of false informing/reporting and driving without ever obtaining a license. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 18th and Monroe streets and later released on his own recognizance.

• Dalton I. Prater, 26, 1091 S. 1325 East, Akron, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of battery resulting in moderate bodily injury. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies after allegedly shoving a woman to the ground at Rumors Nite Club, 1617 Main St., and later released on his own recognizance.

• Lanny B. Cline, 47, 4166 N. 900 East, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 705 E. Fourth St. and later released on his own recognizance.

• Timothy M. Berger, 40, 5330 E. State Road 14, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Main and 18th streets and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Maria V. Medina, 42, 1205 Pontiac St., Rochester, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement and driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Fourth and Main streets and later released on her own recognizance.
