The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Brian K. Knoop, 56, 7443 Liberty Ave., Fulton, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 1552 E. Lucas St., Rochester, and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
