A Plymouth Police Department officer arrested an Indianapolis man Monday evening after a routine traffic stop revealed the driver was operating a vehicle without a license.
Officer Fisher conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 31 at 9A Road at 7:07 p.m. on June 22nd after observing a traffic infraction. Upon making contact with the driver, officers determined the registered owner of the vehicle was not behind the wheel. The driver was identified as Noel Eduardo Bardales Rodriguez, 21, of Indianapolis.
Rodriguez was arrested for driving without a license and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked at 7:43 p.m. He was released at 2:18 a.m. after posting a cash bond.
