Plymouth Police officers arrested a 24-year-old man from Charleston, IL early on Friday, September 6th.
Officer Fisher conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle doing 80 mph in a 60-mph zone on U.S. 30 east of Oak Drive. The driver was later identified as Venkata Pettugani.
During the traffic stop, it was determined that Pettugan only had a temporary Illinois Visitor license and never had a standard issue driver's license. He was then taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail and held for operator never licensed.
