On Saturday, January 18, Corporal McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department stopped 45-year-old Scott Hatton for a traffic violation at Oak Drive and Pilgrim Lane.
The subsequent investigation determined that Hatton's license was driving while suspended with a prior conviction. Hatton was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for driving while suspended.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
