Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street just before 11 p.m. Wednesday, March 19th, for a vehicle accident involving injuries.
Arriving on the scene, Officer Witkowski found 53-year-old Todd Hall of Walkerton, who said he was driving the vehicle and ran into a concrete pole base.
A female passenger in the vehicle had injuries and was transported to the Plymouth hospital.
Officer Witkowski put Hall through a series of tests, which determined that he was under the influence of narcotics. Todd Hall was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
