Javier Govin, 51, from Barden, FL was located in his room at the Economy Inn just off U.S. 30 on Monday morning at about 10:45 by Corporal Ben McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department.
Govin had active warrants for his arrest from Huntington and Wabash Counties.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await extradition to those counties.
