Plymouth Police arrested a local man at the Garden Court Downtown Apartments on Monday, January 27th, after receiving a report that he had an active warrant.
At about 4:30 on Monday, Officer Thornton went to 315. West Garro Street for a male with an active warrant.
The officer identified the male as 38-year-old Jason Lee Goad, who had a booking address on Tomahawk Trail in Plymouth. It was confirmed that Goad did have a parole warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for a parole violation.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
