Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2505 North Oak Drive, the Walmart at 10:42 p.m. on Tuesday for a report of a vehicle that had just been stolen.
An officer located the stolen vehicle at the Sunoco Gas Station on North Michigan Street.
A short time later, a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located 18-year-old Logan R. Terry of Freedom, Indiana, hiding in a wooded area behind the Enterprise Rent-a-Car at 2403 North Michigan Street.
Following an investigation, Terry was transported to the Marshall County Jail by Officer Ayala of the Plymouth Police Department. He was booked for auto theft, possession of marijuana, and minor in possession of alcohol, given a cash bond of $1500, and a court date in October.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Department assisted the Plymouth Police Department.
