A 61-year-old man was arrested yesterday evening after an ISP trooper performed a stop for an equipment violation
When the Trooper, Bill Clark, came up to the vehicle, the man showed signs of impairment. Upon investigation, Clark arrested the man for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
