Officer Bragg with the Marhsall County Sheriff’s Department investigated a single-vehicle crash Saturday, June 1st at approximately 12:50 a.m. on the southbound ramp of North Michigan Road north of the intersection with 3A Road.
The police report states that Stephanie L. Bishop was driving a 2006 Honda Element on the single-lane ramp when she lost control of the vehicle.
After losing control of the vehicle it ran off of the west side of the roadway and into the grassy ditch area. The Honda then rolled and came to rest on its passenger side.
Stephanie Bishop was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated. She was transported from the scene to Memorial Hospital for unknown and possible trauma injuries. The collision and factors behind it are still under investigation.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Department was assisted at the scene by LaPaz EMS and Fire.
