On Wednesday, September 11, at approximately 9:30 PM, a Marshall County Sheriff's Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 800 block of Lincolnway East in Plymouth. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 42-year-old Johnny Frame III, 42, of Warsaw.
During the traffic stop, K-9 Diesel conducted an open-air sniff around the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotic odors emitting from the vehicle.
Suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located, and Frame was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
