- 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, July 28, at Warsaw Community Public Library, 310 E. Main St., Warsaw
Marshall County
- 9-11 a.m. Thursday, July 23, at Plymouth City Hall, in the second Floor Conference Room, 124 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
