On Saturday, December 7th, Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of an impaired driver at 1827 North Michigan Street.
The officer conducted an investigation and arrested Robert Powell, 34, of Warsaw, who was determined to be under the influence. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating while intoxicated and held on a $1500 cash bond.
