On Thursday August 1st, at approximately 5:20 in the afternoon, a Plymouth Police officer conducted a traffic stop on Plymouth Goshen Trail. The driver of the vehicle, Rodney Fleemings, 54, of Plymouth was found to have an active arrest warrant for Domestic Battery out of Elkhart County.
Flemmings was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail awaiting pick-up from Elkhart County.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
