The City of Plymouth will conduct its regular meetings on Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
Participants should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor for the meeting.
The Board of Public Works and Safety will hear from various city department heads, the city attorney, and clerk. The clerk will present a request for a street closure request for West Jefferson Street for the monthly Cars & Coffee events.
The Plymouth Common Council has a full agenda for their meeting which begins at 6:30 with the presentation of the TIF Management Report from Baker Tilly, an application to vacate by Mary Hostetler and any unfinished business. The agenda includes review and approval of the Compliance Forms for Tax Abatements from Pretzels Inc. and Indiana Wheel Corporation.
Police Chief John Weir has completed a Conflict-of-Interest Statement that council members will need to approve.
The Council has four resolutions to consider, the first to consider is the application of Susan Kessler for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant. The second resolution will allow the transfer of appropriations within a city department. The third resolution declares certain real estate to be within an Economic Revitalization Area for Viking Paper Corporation and the final resolution adopts a revised plan for expenditure of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
The City Council may also get an update on One Marshall County and the Comprehensive Plan.
