The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and Common Council will meet tonight at 6 and 6:30 in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall. The meetings are open to the public and streamed live through Teams.
The Board of Public Works and Safety will hear from various city department heads including Building Commissioner Dennis Manuwal who is asking for an order hearing for 2220 Lake Avenue. The agenda also includes the City Attorney, Clerk-Treasurer, requests, and other businesses.
The Common Council meeting at 6:30 will consider Plan Commission case 2024-14 which changes a few setback regulations. Council members will also hear two ordinances on their first reading, one for the 2025 Salary Ordinance and the second for garbage fees.
The Plymouth City Council will consider four resolutions, the first two are for Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grants, for Rich-Moms Group and 114 North LLC. The next two are resolutions that declare certain real estate to be within an Economic Revitalization Area for Composite Technology Assemblies LLC and also AK Industries.
The City Council will also get an update on ONE Marshall County and the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
