Crossroads Evangelical Free Church at 1650 North Oak Drive in Plymouth will ask the Plan Commission to waive the requirement to install sidewalks at Tuesday's (10-7-25) meeting. The church is building an addition and is now required to install sidewalks on its property on Oak Drive.
The Plan Commission will also consider a resolution amending the Declaratory Resolution approved and adopted by the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission. The project being considered for addition in TIF District # 2 is an energy analysis of the Aquatic Center by R2 Solutions for $16,600.
The Plymouth Plan Commission will also get an update from the Building Inspector and a Comprehensive Plan update from the city attorney.
The Plymouth Plan Commission meeting begins at 7 p.m. on the second-floor Council Chambers of City Hall and is open to the public.
Following the Plan Commission meeting is the Board of Zoning Appeals, where members will discuss a request for chickens within the city’s two-mile zoning district.
Gary and Heather Johnson are seeking a variance of use to permit chickens at 12515 Meadow Drive in Plymouth.
This meeting is also held in the council chambers of City Hall and is open to the public and streamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
