At approximately 11 p.m. Sunday, Corporal Schieber with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Family Express on Jefferson Street for a possibly injured and intoxicated female.
When the officer arrived, the female was identified as 36-year-old Casandra Brown of the 100 block of West Garro Street in Plymouth. Brown was found to be extremely intoxicated and was transported to the Plymouth hospital, where she was seen by medical staff.
Brown was then taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for public intoxication and held on a $250 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
