A disturbance at a Bridgeport location led to the arrest of a local man on Tuesday.
Bridgeport Police report that 23-year-old Joesph Cambren of Bridgeport was taken into custody and preliminarily charged with Domestic Battery and Resisting Arrest. No other details surrounding the arrest were being immediately released.
Cambren was transported to the Lawrence County Jail and was booked in there. He was being held pending a detention hearing as per Illinois state law.
