The Kosciusko County Coroner confirmed that a Marshall County man died in a single-vehicle crash on Wednesday.
Derek T. Anderson, 35, of Bourbon, died at approximately 8 a.m. on County Road 300 West, about a half mile north of County Road 1350 North.
Anderson was driving south on County Road 300 in a passenger vehicle when, for an unknown reason, he crossed the center line, left the roadway, and struck a signpost and guardrail.
Anderson’s car overturned into a water-filled ditch, landing on its roof, and he was pronounced dead from the injuries sustained in the accident.
The Kosciusko County FACT Team is investigating the single-vehicle crash.
