• Zachary S. Lubin, 46, 1114 Franklin St., Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of possession of cocaine. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held without bond.

Fire call
• At 6:02 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were dispatched to Rochester Iron & Metal, 1552 E. Lucas St., on the report of a fire on the north side of the property. Police records indicate that a pile of automotive shredder residue had caught fire by the scale house.
• Shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 826 W. Eighth St.
Animal call
• At 2:49 p.m. Tuesday, police received a request for a welfare check of cattle at 50 S. 775 West, Kewanna. The owner showed animal control that they do have access to shelter, as well as food and water. However, they were given 30 days to make repairs, as the cattle were found to be in about 2 feet of mud and feces.
Wrecks
• Vehicles driven by Seanna Gudas, 16, and Camdyn Furnivall, 16, both of Rochester, collided at approximately 3:18 p.m. Tuesday at 18th Street and Manchester Drive. Police records describe the crash as minor, with no injuries reported.
• At 4:09 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report of a minor vehicle collision in the parking lot of CVS, 1910 Main St. Both vehicles involved were reportedly still driveable after the crash.
Suspicious
• At 4:43 p.m. Tuesday, an officer made contact with a man who was reportedly passed out in a vehicle at Speedway, 102 McDonald Drive. He advised he was just tired.
Payment dispute
• At 6:05 a.m. Tuesday, an officer was requested at Quality Inn, 289 McDonald Drive, due to a payment dispute, which was determined to be a civil issue.
