Detective McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department on Tuesday, March 26th for a client with a violation.
Felisha Acosta of LaPaz was taken into custody at the Probation Dept. for her probation violation. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
