On Saturday, Sept. 26 at 10 p.m., Marshall County Police were called to the scene of a one-car accident on 9A Rd. west of Jarrah Rd.
Investigators found that a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, driven by a 16-year-old juvenile, was traveling eastbound on 9A Rd., west of Jarrah Rd., when they looked at their phone resulting in losing control of the vehicle.
After losing control, the vehicle went sideways and ran off of the south side of the roadway, where it then rolled and came to rest on its driver's side. The driver stated they were uninjured but trapped within the vehicle.
Plymouth Fire Department responded and extricated the driver from the vehicle and transported the driver to Plymouth Hospital for evaluation.
